Kenya Airways is adding frequencies to its Nairobi-Cape Town route from November 20.

Direct flights between the two cities were introduced in June this year. With the two new flights, the airline will be flying five times a week. The route will be operated by a Boeing 737-800 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

The flight schedule is as follows:

• Flight KQ 784 will depart Nairobi at 14h35, arriving in Cape Town at 19h20.
• Flight KQ 785 will depart Cape Town at 23h00, arriving in Nairobi at 05h45 the following day.
