Safari Logistics, African Bush Camps’ (ABC) sister company, which promotes cost-effective travel around Zimbabwe with both road and air access to some of the country’s top safari and wildlife areas, will launch set scheduled flights next year.
From 2019, it will offer daily flights between Zimbabwe’s main tourist hubs, including Victoria Falls, Hwange National Park, Kariba and Mana Pools National Park, as well as Harare.
Jemma Macmillan, Marketing and PR Head for ABC said: “With the number of passengers increasing, it makes sense to have a schedule so that guests can plan their days on safari in advance.”
In addition, Safari Logistics offers road and air transfer services linking the Hwange and Victoria Falls areas with a variety of safari properties in and around Kariba, Matusadona and Mana Pools.
ABC’s sister company has offices in Victoria Falls town and Victoria Falls International Airport, from where they offer full logistical services, including a meet-and-greet service for guests arriving and departing from the airport, air and road transfer services, as well as activities for those in Vic Falls.
Safari Logistics also has a new business lounge in the domestic terminal at Victoria Falls International Airport, where guests can enjoy a cool drink, coffee, complimentary WiFi, air-conditioning and comfortable couches.
Airstrips that Safari Logistics services as part of its daily schedule include: Manga Airstrip (Hwange); Hwange Main Airport; Linkwasha (Hwange); Bumi Hills (Kariba); Fothergill (Kariba); Kariba Town; Mana Main (Mana Pools); Dandawa (Mana Pools); and Mana West.
