Our client, a luxury lodge in the Greater Kruger area, is seeking an experienced Reservations Manager for a live-in role to manage bookings and deliver exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage reservations and guest inquiries.
Coordinate with lodge departments for seamless arrivals and departures.
Optimize bookings and occupancy to maximize revenue.
Address guest complaints and special requests.
Maintain records and assist with reservations strategies.
