This week’s comment relates to an article on how more operators are asking clients to postpone rather than cancel trips.

“I am glad to hear that cancellations across the board are less than postponed trips. Is it not good to know that this is (mainly) due to work done by tour operators and partners? I wonder how much work the online booking platforms do (especially the big boys) to help their customers.
From the mess here in Europe concerning this, I just hope we receive the support from the consumers here, as well as our partners in the future. Now that the proverbial … hits the fan, we do, after all, have added value contrary to all the predictions that we are outdated and living in the past.”
