RoomRaccoon, the leading hotel management system for independent hotels, has appointed Cyril Lavenant as new Global Head of Customer Success. Lavenant will ensure a greater focus on customer satisfaction for the thousands of hoteliers who use its software.
He joins RoomRaccoon with over two decades of experience in sales and revenue development leadership roles. Most recently, Lavenant was the Chief Revenue Officer at DataMa, an innovative company offering augmented analytics solutions, where he was responsible for growing revenue and enhancing customer success.
In his new role, Lavenant will lead the team supporting over 2 000 properties across the globe to ensure they can provide exceptional guest experiences while exceeding their business goals with the technology RoomRaccoon provides.
With RoomRaccoon’s over 10 000 active users, he will spearhead customer-centric strategies and engage customers to leverage its full power.
