Kenya Airways has unveiled two new lounges at Terminal 1A at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
The Simba Lounge and Pride Lounge are for the exclusive use of Premier World passengers flying from or transiting through Kenya Airways’ JKIA hub. The lounges will also be used by Sky Priority passengers from the airline’s SkyTeam partners.
Pride Lounge, 991m2, features a circular layout overlooking the airside. It offers a cigar room, piped music, washrooms and showers, a kid-zone and a dining/working area.
Simba Lounge spans 360m2 and features a smoking zone, family lounge, business experience centre, piped music, washrooms and showers, noise proof quiet zone for sleeping and a dining/working area.
Kenya Airways’ Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Mbuvi Ngunze said: “The lounges will perfectly complement the state-of-the-art aircraft that we are acquiring as part of our fleet renewal programme, thus delivering an unmatched experience to guests from start to finish.”
