Kruger National Park’s Phabeni gate is expected to reopen on Friday following structural repairs of a bridge.
A bridge situated 500 metres from Phabeni gate was damaged by floods in March, explained William Mabasa, General Manager: Communication and Marketing at SANParks.
The bridge had been closed at the time of the floods and reopened with a bypass route.
Guests are able to use Numbi and Kruger gates as an alternative.
