Dream Hotels & Resorts Group has obtained the management contract for Royal Thonga Safari Lodge in KwaZulu Natal’s Tembe Elephant Park. This brings its total property portfolio to 23 across KZN and Mozambique.
Situated four hours’ drive from Durban, Royal Thonga is ideal for travellers driving to and from Mozambique. The lodge has 14 villas, including two family chalets sleeping two adults and two children. The chalets each have en-suite bathrooms, with both indoor and outdoor showers, and secluded decks offering guests a private area in which to enjoy the natural surroundings. The lodge offers a swimming pool, restaurant, spa and game drives led by local nature guides.
