THE new Sandton Lodge has opened in Rivonia, Johannesburg. Ideal for business and leisure travellers, the lodge offers comfortable and private accommodation with a ‘home away from home’ environment. The lodge’s 33 suites are all equipped with air-conditioning, underfloor heating, en-suite bathrooms, satellite TV, tea- and coffee-making facilities, telephone and Internet connections. Other facilities include two swimming pools, a communal lounge area, a restaurant and bar. The property’s conference facilities, which are set to be complete over the next few weeks, include various private conference and meeting room venues that can accommodate groups of up to 150 delegates. The lodge also offers tailor-made conferencing packages. The Sandton Lodge is part of the Sandton Lodge Group, which also offers accommodation in two smaller lodges in Inanda and Bryanston.
