February 2016 saw the official launch of the Tourvest – Incentives / Meetings and Events (Tourvest I.M.E) brand; a consolidation of Event Dynamics and Seekers MICE which have been incorporated under the Tourvest Destination Management Business and Sports Events umbrella. The decision to consolidate and rebrand proved to be a great success; creating a stronger presence in the market; exemplified service offerings and a stable satisfactory growth on the bottom line. Tourvest I.M.E owes its success to the valuable active stakeholders that were involved with the development and activation of the rebranding strategy.
Furthermore, the step to rebrand our business has made a considerable impact on the rejuvenation of our internal culture. Tourvest I.M.E has a culture of momentum geared towards serving not only our clients with utmost commitment; but also a greater purpose of developing the MICE and Tourism industry. Our affiliation with the ‘Event Greening Forum’ aims to develop the future of ‘greener’ events as a cost saving initiative for our corporate clients. We also in support of the ‘Blood Lions’ campaign and endeavour to bring an end to unethical hunting and breeding practices of predators across South Africa. We never lift our fingers from the pulse of the meetings, incentives, conferences and events industry, and strive to ensure that responsible and innovative tourism is at the forefront of what drives the success of this industry.
We are also excited to share news about our new technological product offering; a mobile event application with rich features and fully branded mobile applications to deliver a top class event for clients. The App is designed to enhance attendee engagement at every touch point, bringing a new experience that is easily used by delegates of all technological literacy levels.
