Governors’ Camp Collection will be hosting a Mindfulness Yoga Retreat at Mfangano Island Camp, a luxury lodge on Lake Victoria in Kenya, from January 13 to 19.
The retreat is designed for those who are new to mindfulness practice, as well as for those who wish to deepen their practice.
If guests are new to ‘mindfulness’, this is an ideal opportunity, set in a tranquil and remote setting allowing guests to work with the body, as yoga and guided breathing meditations are used to nurture awareness internally and externally.
The retreat will be hosted by Mindfulness Teacher, David Beatty and Yoga Instructor, Madhvi Dalal at Mfangano Island Camp.
