Michael Mann has 18 years’ experience in the training and skills development industry. Since studying at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, Michael’s passion for development of South Africa’s youth has inspired many in this field. As the General Manager of ProServ South Africa, he leads the Workplace Learning teams in an ever improving approach to ensure service delivery impact, resulting in real opportunities not only for learners and interns entering the job market, but also organisations restructuring the workplace to accommodate skills development needs and requirements.
