Last week’s poll: Will no direct flights from India harm tourism? 

Last week we asked readers whether SAA’s decision to cut direct flights from India would hurt tourism numbers. 50% said ‘No, SA’s new visa regulations, not lack of direct flights, is harming tourism,’ 37% said ‘Yes, tourists will be put off the destination if they cannot fly direct,’ and 13% said ‘No, tourists can still fly via Abu Dhabi.’
