UK-based sales and marketing and PR representation agency, Small World Marketing (SWM), has been appointed to represent Thornybush in the UK and European market.
Thornybush is one of the original nature reserves in the Greater Kruger National Park, with the first lodge, Thornybush Game Lodge, opening its doors over 60 years ago.
It has recently launched Saseka Tented Camp which eight luxury tents, each with their own private deck, outdoor shower and pool and accommodating two guests each.
The sole-use Saseka Leadwood Villa offers groups a central lounge and dining area, shared deck and pool, as well as a private safari vehicle.
Saseka joins Thornybush Game Lodge and Simbambilli in the Sabi Sand Private Nature Reserve.
When Thornybush dropped its fences into the adjoining world-renowned Kruger National Park 5yearsago, new herds of wildlife were allowed to roam freely across the 14 000-hectare reserve and the full potential of this private nature reserve was realised.
Elephants have increased over ten-fold in the dry season, and the area is also renowned for wild dog, buffalo herds, leopard and hyena.
“This new partnership with Small World Marketing comes at an exciting time in Thornybush’s story as we differentiate our collection and extend our welcome to guests who are finally able to expand their horizons again,” commented JB Burger, Thornybush Head of Sales and Marketing.
Anita Powell, Owner of SWM, said: “We are thrilled to be working with JB and the team to help promote these exquisite properties, in such an iconic destination. Thornybush is a unique brand with a long-standing pedigree yet boasting an ambitious vision and offering a contemporary edge and style.”
