Registration for Africa’s Travel Indaba 2025 is now open to all exhibitors.
While registration for buyers, visitors and the media has not yet opened, South African Tourism has assured stakeholders it is “working diligently” to finalise the necessary plans.
“We are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient registration experience once we open,” said a South African Tourism spokesperson.
Industry members have raised concerns about registration opening late, particularly for international buyers who need visas and want to get the best prices possible for flights and accommodation.
This year, Africa’s Travel Indaba will take place at the Durban International Convention Centre from May 13-15. Business Opportunities Networking Day is scheduled for May 12.
Last year, Africa’s Travel Indaba hosted 9 280 registered delegates – a 7% increase compared to 2023. A total of 24 000 meetings were held between exhibitors and buyers. Additionally, the event featured over 1 200 exhibitors.
