In a video posted to Instagram by GoVacation Africa, an elephant is seen frolicking in a river to cool off on a hot day.

Elephants, despite their large size, are strong swimmers who enjoy water-based games both alone and with herd members.

Sabine Pfeiffer, Director Key Accounts, Germany & Scuba, took the video while on a Chobe River cruise in Botswana.
