In July last year, Tourvest Destination Management (TDM) recruited eight tourism students from the University of Johannesburg (UJ) to join the organisation to complete their Work Integrated Learning.
As of this week, the eight students have been offered permanent positions in TDM across its various divisions, including Sports & Leisure, Inbound Leisure, and in its back office environment.
TDM CEO, Martin Wiest, caught up with the new employees to find out what their highlights of the last 11 months have been.
