Starting on June 29, Air Namibia will operate a Windhoek-Accra-Lagos route. The route will provide connections to West Africa via Windhoek for the airline’s regional flights to and from Johannesburg, Cape Town, Luanda, Lusaka, Gaborone, Walvis Bay, and more.
The route will operate on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. An Airbus A319 will fly the route, with 16 Business class and 96 Economy class seats.
Mandi Samson, Air Namibia’s Acting MD, said that the route will reduce travel times between Namibia, Ghana and Nigeria by over 60%.
