Chakela Hotels & Resorts is pushing its rate plans to the Illusions World Travel Exchange (iWTX), to enable effective distribution and visibility across its wholesale business.
iWTX is a global travel online marketplace, where industry players come together to trade as buyers and sellers. The marketplace is powered by Illusions software, giving users the ability to package all products across all the distribution channels.
The move gives the company the ability to easily transition from current static contracts to a more real-time, dynamic way of working, while simultaneously growing its B2B business.

iWTX allows Chakela to yield its prices and product based on business needs, allowing it to break away from traditional constraints of static inventory blocks and stop sales, while reducing the errors associated with manual bookings in the B2B segment.
