Parties interested in acquiring an equity stake in a luxury boutique hotel in Rosebank, Johannesburg, have been invited to submit expressions of interest.
The Industrial Development Corporation is the controlling shareholder and wishes to divest from this entity either completely or partially.
Interested parties are therefore invited to submit written expressions of interest to acquire the IDC’s equity stake in the business, either partly or in its entirety. Submissions should be received by the IDC on or before October 31, 2014, at noon.
