Green Safaris has acquired a new lodge on Lake Malawi. Kaya Mawa is a luxury lodge on Likoma Island. Green Safaris believes the lodge will fit in with its eco-friendly philosophy.
Green Safaris, founded in 2014, currently operates Ila Safari Lodge in Zambia’s Kafue National Park. The company will transfer its philosophy of ecological sensitivity and community engagement to its new property on Lake Malawi, hoping to empower the surrounding community and, where possible, guests will be involved in community projects.
