The launch of a dedicated concierge team in the second quarter of the year further enhanced Safari365’s bespoke offerings with personalised assistance for clients before, during and after their trips. The concierge team ensures attention to every detail of the client journey – from itinerary customisation and travel documentation to on-the-ground support and attending to special requests.
The year kicked off with strong emphasis on creating bespoke itineraries that surpassed traveller expectations and brough the vibrant traditions and heritage of the region to the forefront.
Responsible travel focus
Safari 365’s newly designed responsible travel logo cemented the company’s commitment to sustainable tourism and positive community impact across Africa. This extends across the protection of wildlife and natural resources to fostering community empowerment through meaningful partnerships and travel experiences. The operator partnered with two new charities – Seedballs and Eco Children – contributing a percentage of every journey to these causes.
Launch of loyalty programme
A loyalty programme was introduced to reward repeat travellers with exclusive benefits. Designed to strengthen relationships with clients, the programme has been key in fostering long-term connections. A photo competition also gave past clients an opportunity to share breathtaking moments in their African adventures.
Harnessing tech
The company harnessed technology to launch a proprietary integrated reservation and customer relationship management system alongside a Travel Club providing detailed personalised travel itineraries.
