Airlink will introduce direct flights between Cape Town International Airport and Sir Seretse Khama International Airport in Gaborone from April 1. The route will operate three times a week – on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays – enhancing connectivity between South Africa and Botswana.
Departures from Cape Town will be at 10h50 and arrive in Gaborone at 13h00. The return flight will leave Gaborone at 13h45 and land in Cape Town at 16h00. Airlink will operate the route using its 44-seat Embraer ERJ 140.
The new route improves access between two key destinations, catering for business and leisure travellers and eliminating the need for layovers.
