Tintswalo has introduced a fully kosher safari option at its family camp in the Welgevonden Game Reserve, Waterberg. Kosher catering is prepared on-site in the dedicated Beth Din-certified kitchen, supervised by a licensed Mashgiach.
Bookings over Shabbos include the use of Kiddush Havdalah and Wine sets.
The Welgevonden Game Reserve comprises 36 000ha of bushveld and is home to a variety of game, including the Big Five. Tintswalo Family Camp has a viewing deck facing a waterhole, and twice-daily safari activities are included in the rate. Tracking and bush walks are also offered within the fenced camp area.
The Tintswalo Family Camp can accommodate up to 20 guests in five free-standing suites with one to three bedrooms. Children of all ages are welcome, and the camp is protected by electric fencing against predators and dangerous game.
The camp features communal lounge areas with large fireplaces and a large entertainment room that can be converted into a private function room. The large deck has lounge and dining areas overlooking the swimming pool.
