KwaZulu Natal is partnering with the state of Nevada, US, to grow the economy. Trade & Investment KZN welcomed a delegation that included the Governor of Nevada, Brian Sandoval, for discussions about collaboration, in line with the organisation’s mandate to promote KZN.
Sandoval affirmed his commitment to ensuring a successful partnership. He also extended an invitation for a delegation from KZN to visit Nevada. “We see several areas of co-operation where we can work together with regard to tourism. We look forward to the opportunity to work and learn from one another and to lift the quality of life for our citizens.”
Thembinkosi Willies Mchunu, KZN Premier said: “With our two harbours, Richards Bay and Durban, as well as the King Shaka International Airport, we are determined to create win-win partnerships for our sister states."
