The Latitude 13 hotel in Lilongwe, Malawi, has recently acquired an extra piece of land and is building 18 new rooms.
Rooms will each have a lounge and kitchen downstairs, with a mezzanine bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
The hotel features a gym, a spa and an 18m-long heated lap pool. There will also be a new bar and restaurant, a conference room big enough to seat 40 people and a new kitchen.
