Sun City celebrated its reopening by doing the viral Jerusalema dance challenge outside The Palace. 

The challenge is a global sensation danced to the beat of South African artist Master KG’s song, Jerusalema.

The entire Sun City executive team were joined by chefs, housekeepers, hotel managers, gardeners, security officers, casino dealers, greenkeepers and admin staff.

“The staff were so excited to be back at work after more than 150 days of lockdown, that they decided to do the Jerusalema challenge outside The Palace. This is a significant moment for us; it’s not just about celebrating the reopening of Sun City, but the resumption of the South African tourism industry,” said GM of Sun City Resort, Brett Hoppé.
