Safari company, Natural Selection, has added the 24-bed luxury Royal Tree Lodge to its portfolio of Botswana camps.
The 250-hectare private reserve on the banks of the Thamalakane River is packed with plains game, is home to habitats of river, riverine and dry savannah, and offers an abundance of birdlife. Best of all, it is only a 20-minute drive or five-minute helicopter flight from Maun airport.
The lodge is being given a revamp that includes the main lodge and changes to the existing 10 luxury tent suites and two air-conditioned honeymoon suites. A private villa for small groups and families is also being added.
All Natural Selection guests staying three nights or more at any of its properties will be put up at Royal Tree Lodge free of charge (whilst in quarantine) should they test positive for COVID-19 while in Botswana.
