Cape Comoot, a new shuttle business started operations in the Western Cape. Bookings opened May 04, however will only start running from June 01, 2017.
The shuttle will run from Greenmarket Square in Cape Town to Cape Point, as well as Franschoek. There are also further plans to eventually expand services to Stellenbosch and Hermanus.
Cape Comoot was co-founded by Martin Bo Nielsen and Yolandie Le Grange.
“Cape Town has become a mainstream destination with tourists expecting the same service, facilities and convenience found at destinations such as London, Tokyo or Paris”, says Bo Nielsen.
“We are absolutely passionate about the fact that guests to the city should be able to take transport at a price closer to what they would get if they were to take public transport in any other global destination”, said Le Grange.
Each shuttle is air conditioned, with free WIFI, and mobile phone charging stations.
