A male lion with his paw draped over his eyes seems to be reflecting on last year and thinking “oh no”.

The pic, taken in the Gondwana Game Reserve in the Garden Route, was sent in by Raquel de Castro Maia.

The tourism industry – and maybe the lion – has had a very difficult 2020, but at Tourism Update we are optimistic about the coming year.
