Independent airline, Airlink, has noted that there are still too few senior-level job posts in aviation held by women.  

Airlink Executive Manager: Sales and Marketing, Carla da Silva, challenges South Africa’s travel industry to think seriously about reviving a professional women-in-travel network, which she said would help to encourage each other and share ideas.
