White Elephant offers unique water and land based safari experiences, with a three night package at White Elephant Safari Lodge, in the Pongola Game Reserve Wilderness, KwaZulu Natal, including return flights from Durban to Mkuze plus transfers.

White Elephant offers a two or three night package that includes accommodation at White Elephant Lodge as well as a day trip to Zimanga Game Reserve. Zimanga is a 30 minute drive from the lodge.

The two or three night safari package includes a day of two photographic hide sessions, or a hide session and game drive combination. The hides are equipped with tripods, air-conditioners and comfortable office chairs.

The reserve is designed specifically for wildlife photography enthusiasts and safari clients who have a deeper appreciation of the bush. Guests will have the opportunity to experience the bush hide and can photograph birds at eye level, bathing and drinking from a small pool of water.

On the game drive, guests may see Zimanga's pack of wild dogs. Charl Senekal, owner of Zimanga Game Reserve, is constructing a predator hide and, with his planned reintroduction of lions later this month, the reserve will offer visitors the Big Five as well as cheetah sightings.
