Lastman Tsangu works in the inbound tourism industry in product and marketing and is a part-time postgraduate tourism student finalising a thesis about work in the tourism industry. Tourism – and especially sustainable development – is his passion. As a tourism graduate, Lastman is interested to identify neglected industry needs that are crucial for sustainable tourism growth.
