Robert More is founder and CEO of the MORE Family Collection, which comprises a portfolio of boutique luxury lodges and hotels. The Collection was founded in April 2001 with the opening of its first Lodge in Lion Sands Private Game Reserve (then employing just 40 people). Today the operation has expanded to include nine lodges and three hotels, from the Cape to Victoria Falls, employing 845 people. What gets this company up a little earlier in the morning is its purpose to create opportunities for its people, and enriching life experiences for its guests.
