Sifiso “Chief” Mthembu is a transformation and empowerment specialist. He has a background in public sector B-BBEE policy development and has played a key role in the original gazetting of the Tourism Sector Code. Currently he assists various organisations to develop and implement BBBEE plans and strategies and provides advisory services on BBBEE. He is a regular commentator in the media and conducts numerous educational workshops on BBBEE and speaks at various industry events and conferences on empowerment and transformation issues.
