Chief Strategy Officer at South African Tourism, Siya Mthethwa, is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in consulting, financial service, public sector, and tech start-ups, specialising in driving Customer Insight Strategies by adopting Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation.
He joined SA Tourism from Deloitte Africa where he held the position of Associate Partner responsible for driving Data Management and Cognitive Advantage business across multiple industries such as telecommunications, energy and Resources, and financial services.
Mthethwa holds a Master’s degree in Digital Business from Wits Business School, a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from MIT and Columbia Business School, a Fintech Programme from Oxford University - Said Business School, and various certificates in financial services from Unisa.
