Siyanda Dlamini is the MD of The Regency Apartment Hotel. He is a highly accomplished executive with 15 years of demonstrated expertise in the all-round management of hotel operations, from both a business and leisure travel perspective. Dlamini has held management positions at some of the top hotel groups in the country, including Protea Hotels. He began his career as a trainee at the age of 18, was made General Manager at 25 and was appointed Director at the age of 33. At 35 he partnered with Key Spirit Development Group, and is in the process of launching his own hotel management company. This will be the first black-owned hotel management company in South Africa.
