Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day tasks such as scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
Communication: Handle inquiries via phone, email ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Coordination: Work with the team to manage travel itineraries, bookings, and follow-ups with partners.
Data Management: Maintain and update databases, client records, and travel-related documentation.
Reporting: Compile and share weekly updates, reports, and insights to keep the team aligned.
Travel Professionalism: An interest in tourism-related news and establishments to make educated suggestions to the team when assisting with itineraries.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in an administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Proven experience in the tourism and hospitality industry.
