Be able to offer expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and tour services.
Manage client inquiries, bookings, and related administrative tasks efficiently and professionally.
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring clients are supported and satisfied throughout the booking process or while travelling.
Be able to provide a support to the rest of the team when needed.
