The Gauteng Tourism Authority will be offering free customer care training for 25 delegates from the tourism industry in Tshwane on November 28. The course is for students who are in the customer service field and want o improve their knowledge of customer service basics. Students will discuss what it means to have a service culture in an organisation. They will examine customer service skills that include organisation, communication and personal motivation.
