The results of Tourism Update’s latest poll indicate that, among the many tech innovations emerging in the tourism industry, advancements in biometrics will likely have the biggest positive impact in 2023.
A total of 41% of respondents said biometrics would emerge tops, followed by better data analysis (27%), AI booking channels (17%) and the metaverse (12%). A small minority of respondents selected robotics as the most useful innovation.
