• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Qualification in Tourism.
• Minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience as a Senior Inbound Consultant.
Excellent knowledge of excel and costing of the itineraries
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak season
• Develop and cost comprehensive travel itineraries for both individual and group clients
across Southern Africa.
• Make hotel, transport and activities bookings
• Manage rooming lists, release dates, and ensure completion of all quotations.
• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the quotation process and follow up
• Prepare costings of tours, issue and manage invoices
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates
