The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in Kenya shared a video of two elephant calves, Mwinzi and Natibu, tussling over the best spot for bum scratches.
“Mwinzi cornered the spot first, but it wasn’t long before Natibu – overcome with jealousy – staged a coup. In fact, he got quite greedy and even tried to banish his friend from the entire stable block. Mwinzi is not so easily defeated, and promptly butted his way back in,” the elephant orphanage said in an Instagram post
“Mwinzi and Natibu are best friends and occasional rivals. Both boys are growing up at our Kaluku Neonate Nursery in Tsavo – and both have incredible stories of survival.”
