The results of last week’s poll showed that by a narrow margin, 44% of Tourism Update readers polled said their clients had not expressed a preference for sustainable products and services. This was very closely followed, however, by 42% of readers who said they had experienced such a preference.
The remaining 15% were ‘unsure’.
Culture and heritage tourism offerings properly integrated?
One of the key topics at the recent Africa Tourism Leadership Forum in Botswana was centred on integrating the cultural and creative industries into the continent’s collective tourism offering.
As such, Tourism Update would like to know whether South Africa’s culture and heritage tourism offerings are being properly integrated into the country’s tourism offerings.
