Experience Africa will be back next year and exhibitor applications are now open.
The 2023 edition will be held from Monday, June 26 to Wednesday, June 28 at a new venue – the Chelsea Football Club in London.
The three-day event will give visitors the opportunity to have pre scheduled appointments with buyers from across the UK, Europe and further afield.
“There will also be networking coffee breaks, lunches and evening social events, providing ample opportunity to connect with other delegates with whom attendees might not have a scheduled meeting,” says Chris Mears, Experience Africa Events MD.
Pricing
Experience Africa 2023 has removed the supplements for multi-country DMCs and hotel groups.
Early-bird ATTA member pricing starts at £2 995.
For non-ATTA members the rate starts at £3 370.
Included in participation is:
- Diary of pre-scheduled appointments
- One exhibitor badge
- Daily networking coffee breaks, lunches and evening events
- Access to all Experience Africa seminars, content and training opportunities
Additional exhibitor badges are available at a cost of £600.
Early-bird pricing will apply to applications received and contracted before December 31 and will need to be paid in full by January 31, 2023.
For any applications received after January 1 the standard participation fees will apply. ATTA members – £3 250, non-members – £3 650.

Interested applicants can visit the link below and complete the application form. Experience Africa aims to secure a mix of products from across Africa to showcase the diversity of offerings from across the continent and meet the expectations of the buyers attending the show.
All applications will be assessed and confirmed accordingly with the initial approvals being issued in the week commencing November 14 with priority being given to ATTA members.
Once applications have been approved, the team will be able to issue contracts and invoices.
