Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa has re-opened after the completion of major renovations that began in June.
The renovations include upgrades of the guest rooms (with the creation of new Grand Deluxe rooms category) and main pool as well as the redesign of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, and lobby area. The Internet network has been enhanced for better Wi-Fi access.
The new Grand Deluxe rooms feature redesigned bathrooms, with separate bathtub and shower areas from which guests can enjoy a sea view. Amenities in rooms include mini-bar, flat screen television, DVD player, and complimentary Wi-Fi connection.
The La Pomme d’Amour restaurant now offers added seating capacity, having integrated the old Melanzane restaurant. Guests can also choose from Ginger, a Thai restaurant with a new, extended terrace. Les Coquillages restaurant is located on the beach’s edge and the refurbished Aqua Bar between the swimming pool and the beach offers a relaxed lounge environment.
