10 2nd Avenue Houghton Estate in Johannesburg is upgrading and adding new facilities. Work will take place from January 16 until August.
New additions include a gym, spa, an executive suite and balconies for three luxury rooms. The upgrades will include work on the estate function/conference room, dining room, reception area, swimming pool and the cellar.
The renovations will be done in phases, to cause minimal disruption. All suites and rooms will be available, as well as the small conference rooms. All luxury rooms, executive suites and presidential suite have undergone a complete upgrade.
10 2nd Avenue Houghton Estate now offers a family room – with two queen-size beds, with the option of an inter-leading room with a king-size bed – able to accommodate a family of six.
