Kubili House in Thornybush Game Reserve, part of the Greater Kruger National Park in South Africa, opened its doors on November 1.

The house is situated on the bank of the largest dam in the reserve, which serves as the main watering hole in the north of the reserve, providing a consistent flow of wildlife activity viewable from any of the many decks.

Kubili House comprises three suites, and two guest villas that are available for exclusive use only. The five bedrooms in total can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Other facilities include three swimming pools, a spa and steam room, a private game viewing-vehicle and three fully equipped camping vehicles.

An in-house concierge is on hand 24/7 to look after guests’ every need, from daily itineraries and activities to travel arrangements, including flight bookings, additional staff personnel, event organising and specific requests and requirements.

A private chef and sous chef are included in guests’ stay, and will design daily menus according to guests’ preferences. A discreet housekeeping service takes place three times daily.
