Newmark Hotels, Reserves & Lodges will open a new hotel in Maboneng Precinct, Johannesburg, in September 2016. The hotel will form part of the 15-storey Hallmark House. 

Hallmark House was built in the 1970s and is owned and being developed by Propertuity. It comprises a mix of residential and hotel apartments.

The hotel will have 46 apartments on two storeys and two restaurants, one on the ground floor and The Grande on the roof top. Other facilities include a gym, parking, WiFi and art installations throughout all spaces.
