Construction will begin on the Marigold Guest House in Athlone, Western Cape, on September 4.

The guest house will be an extension of Burnley Lodge & Conference Centre but will trade as Marigold Guest House.

The property will have four self-catering apartments on the ground floor, which will each comprise a double room, twin room, sleeper couch, kitchen, and lounge/dining area. All rooms are en suite.  The maximum number of guests in each apartment is six. The guest house will also offer 12 en-suite double and twin rooms on the first floor.

Construction is expected to be completed by March 2018.
